What is Rappler’s crowdfunding program?
Rappler has always believed in the strength of community and
partnerships. We launched our crowdfunding program to give our
readers and supporters a concrete and direct way to support our
journalism.
Who can contribute to Rappler’s crowdfunding effort?
Anybody who has access to Rappler’s crowdfunding site can
contribute to the effort.
How can I fund Rappler’s crowdfunding projects?
Simply indicate your amount of funding above and provide the
necessary information to complete your transaction.
Where will the contributions be used?
The funding will be used to support our legal defense, help
protect Rappler from harassment and threats, and allow Rappler
to continue its fearless journalism.
How much can I fund?
Every contribution, however big and small, will help us hold
power to account. You may contribute any custom amount.
What are my funding payment options?
You can contribute simply by following the steps on this page or
rappler.com/crowdfunding. All you have to do is select “online payment”, select how
often you want to donate, and then indicate the amount of your
contribution.

Rappler will send updates to contributors at least twice a year.
Can I do recurring contributions?
Yes, you can automatically contribute at your own pace here.
Recurring contributions are automatically renewed. By emailing
plus@rappler.com, you can pause or cancel your automatic renewal at any time.
Can I be an anonymous funder?
Yes. You would need to provide basic information in order to
complete the funding transaction.
Can I request for a refund of my contribution?
Rappler will not be able to process refunds.
